When you have a new KitchenAid mixer and bananas who are about to go KABOUM! and your body needs is fix of chocolate, what do you do? You open your new KitchenAid recipe book and make some Banana, Pecan, Chocolate Squares! Seriously, having a electric mixer makes cooking dessert a piece of cake! Let also say that is less messy (except when you turn the speed to high while adding flour into the mixer…oupsy…). Unfortunately, I will now become less strong, since I have to watch everything getting mixed together.
