Veggies Fiesta: Poulet cuit en casserole

Traditionally in my family, left-overs chicken are recycled in hot chicken or vol-au-vent. Sometimes a change is needed. Or other time, we are looking for a way for our kids to eat veggies and used our left-overs in the same time. The Julie’s Ayotte recipe Poulet cuit en casserole that I found on the website Recette du Québec (in french only) responded to my expectation.

It is very easy to do and SO tasty. You don’t even have the impression that you are eating tons of veggies. And what is good with that recipe is that you can put any vegetables that you want. I like that. You follow the main stream but at the end you are your own hero.
